Tropical Smoothie

 Tropical Smoothie 


1 cup mango 

1 Cup Pineapple (Frozen or Fresh) 

1 Banana 

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 

1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar 

1 Cup Ice (4 Ice-cubes)

4 oz Plain Greek Yogurt 

1 Cup Oat Milk (You can use any milk you like) 


Direction 


In a blender, add all of the ingredients into the blender. Blend for 1 minutes until everything is blended well. 


Enjoy! 


Serve with How to Boiled Plantain,
