Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
1 lbs Fresh Strawberry
1 8 oz Cream Cheese (soften)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Direction
Rinse the strawberries and cut the top off the strawberry. You can cut the bottom of the strawberry if you too.
In a medium mixing bowl, add in cream cheese powdered sugar, vanilla extract. Beat until creamy.
Add cream cheese mix into a piping bag or ziploc bag, cut the corner of the bag.
Fill the strawberry with cheesecake filling.
Sprinkle the top with graham cracker crumbs.
Refrigerate until you serve.
