Strawberry Waffle

Strawberry Waffle  

2 cups pancake mix 

1  1/4 cup water  

2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil 

1 Tablespoon Amaretto (optional) 

2 Tablespoon brown sugar 

15- 20 drops of red Food coloring 

1/2 - 1 cup Strawberry (chopped) I would cut them smaller 

Direction 

Preheat lightly greased waffle maker.

In a large mixing bowl, mix in pancake, water, and vanilla extract, oil, and Amaretto.  Stir until no lumps.

Add in food color, add in 4 drops then stir until desired color. 

Add in strawberry and stir well, let this sit for 5 minutes.  

Pour in 1 cup of strawberry, mix into the waffle maker and follow the direction of the waffle maker. 

The waffle mix makes 10 waffles 

Serve with more fresh strawberries, raspberries,  and maple syrup. 

I made it  with amazing eggs, breakfast potatoes, fresh fruits, turkey bacon, and a glass of mimosa  and Kuisine Kreyol Kremas
