PHILLIP CHEESE STEAK
For meat:
1 lb Carne Picada (its chopped beef)
Add in Vinegar and Lemon and rinse with hot water
1 tablespoon Kuisine Kreyol Kreyol Spice
1 tablespoon chicken seasoning salt
1 tablespoon Haitian Epis

1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Small Onion (Sliced)
1/4 Color Bell Peppers (Sliced)
Dash of Salt and Black Pepper
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Hoagie Rolls
1 Teaspoon Butter
Direction
- In a medium bowl, add picada in a medium bowl and stir in vinegar lemon. Let this sit for 3 minutes. Rinse with water and Pour in hot water and let it sit for another 3 minutes.
- Seasoning the meat with Kuisine Kreyol Kreyol Spice, Seasoning Salt, and Haitian Epis.
- In a pan, add in oil, and stir in onion, and bell peppers. Let this cook for 3 minutes.
- Add in salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Remove the peppers and onions from the pan. Add another 1 tablespoon of oil and meat.
- Cook for 7 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top of meat and mix in pepper and onion. Set aside
- In another pan, add butter. Slice the bread in half and toast the bread.
- Once bread is toasted, combine the steak and top it with cheese.
Serve warm with fries and a side of Kremas.
