Sweet Potatoes with Milk | Patat ak let

​​Patat ak let 

2 Sweet Potatoes 

2 Cups Whole Milk (you can use any milk) 

2 Cinnamon Stick 

2 Snise (I know in the video you see 4, you do not need all that) 

1 Teaspoon  Brown Sugar (optional) 

Direction 

Rinse and Peel sweet potatoes. Cut the sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes

In a medium saucepan, pour milk, cinnamon stick and anise.

Let milk simmer for 10 minutes 

Add in sweet potatoes, Let this cook for 8 - 10 minutes until potatoes are tender and soft. 

Taste the milk, add sugar if needed.

Enjoy 

Serve Warm
