Delicious Lamb Chop

​​Delicious Lamb Chop


10 lbs Lamb Chops (5 - 6 pieces) 

Lemon Juice (for cleaning)


1 Tablespoon Oil + 1 Tablespoon Oil 

3 - 4 Garlic Cloves (Minced) 

1 small parsley (chopped)

2 -3 thyme 

1 1/2 Tablespoon Kreyol Spice

1 Tablespoon Butter 



Directions


Cut the lamb chops about 1 inch each and trim the fatty tips.  Clean lamb chops with lemon and rinse with cold water. Pat dry with paper towel 


Season the lamb with 1 Tablespoon oil, garlic cloves, thyme, parsley, and Kreyol Spice. Season well. Marinate for 15 - 30 minutes 

In a large cast iron skillet, heat the pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add in lamb chops for 3 minutes or until it is brown on medium- high heat. 

Flip the lamb chop, cook for another 3  -5 minutes. Add in butter. Spoon the melted butter over the lamb chops.. 


Serve Warm with Broccolini
