5 Pounds Chicken Drumstick/ Tights
2 Tablespoon Vinegar
3 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Salt
Hot Water
1 Tablespoon Seasoning Salt
1 Tablespoon Curry Powder + 1/2 Tablespoon Curry Powder
1 /4 Teaspoon Ginger
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Kuisine Kreyol Kreyol Spice
1 Tablespoon Haitian Epis
3 Black Cloves
1 Small Onion
1/4 Colored Bell Peppers
2 Tablespoon Oil
1/2 Tablespoon Curry Powder
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
2 Potatoes (cubes)
1 1/2 - 2 Cups Water
Direction
Remove the chicken skin and add them in a large mixing bowl. To clean the chicken, add in lemon juice, vinegar, and salt. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes. Rinse the chicken with hot water.
Season the chicken, Add in seasoning salt, curry powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, black pepper, Kreyol spice, cloves, and Haitian Epis. Mix well and cover and Mirante for 30 minutes overnight.
In a large saucepan, add in oil, 1/2 tablespoon curry powder, let it fry for 30 seconds, add in garlic and let it cook for 1 minute,
Add in chicken, sautéed for 2 minutes.
Add in water let chicken simmer for 20 - 25 minutes
Add in potatoes, onions, and bell pepper. Let this cook for another 12 - 15 minutes.
Chicken and potatoes will so tender and soft
