Chicken Parmesan Sandwich
3 lbs Chicken Breast (Cut into 6-8 pieces)
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoon Kuisine Kreyol Kreyol Spice
3 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
Parmesan Cheese
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
1 1/2 Cup Breadcrumb
1 Tablespoon Oil
Sauce
12 oz Pasta Sauce (the flavor was used: Mushroom)
Added 1 teaspoon Kreyol Spice
Direction
In a large mixing add in chicken breast, remove fat from chicken. Add lemon juice and vinegar. Mix and let it sit for 5 minutes and then rinse well.
Cut the chicken in half into 4 (but I ended up cutting the chicken into 6 because it was too big)
Seasoning the chicken. Mirante for 1 hour
In a small mixing bowl add eggs and add seasoning salt and beat well. Set aside
In another small add in breadcrumbs and set aside
In a plate add shredded the mozzarella cheese
Coating the chicken:
Dip the chicken breast in beaten eggs than breadcrumbs, repeat
In a frying pan add in oil. Fry the chicken for 5 - 7 minutes
In a saucepan, add in pasta sauce and Kreyol Spice, Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Toast the bread with butter and arrange the chicken breast with pasta sauce and cheese to top it off
I end up putting the chicken in a baking pan and add sauce, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Serve Warm with French Fries or Spaghetti or Salad
