Breakfast Potatoes

Breakfast Potatoes 



5 Potatoes 

2 Tablespoon Oil 

2 Tablespoon Butter 

1/2 cup Mixed Colored Bell Peppers and Onion 

3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)

1 Tablespoon Kreyol Spice 

1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt (optional ) 

 

 

Direction 

 

  1. Rinse the potatoes really well. Peel and cut them into 1/2 inches cubes.  
  2. In a medium saucepan, add butter, garlic, bell peppers and onion. Cook for 2 minutes.  
  3. Add in diced potatoes and add in kreyol spice. Cook for 7- 12 minutes until they are tender and soft.  Add in seasoning salt (Optional, taste before adding). 

 

Enjoy

Serve warm best with, Waffle, Kuisine Kreyol Kremas,
